Mischief is from our 2025 Pivot × Ace foundation “Winter Storm” litter, originally named 'Gale', and she truly took us by surprise. For the first several weeks, she flew under the radar - quiet, calm, not overly cuddly or attention-seeking. She was sweet, polite, and easy to overlook. We hadn’t committed to keeping a female unless one really stood out, and at first, we weren’t sure if she was the one.

But then, in her final few weeks with us, Mischief stepped into her own - and she’s never looked back. Her drive to work and explore came alive, along with a silly, curious, and independent streak that’s unmistakably her. She’s got that classic spicy female Border Collie energy - smart, confident, and not afraid to challenge you. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries to get it.

We’re so thankful she’s now part of our program and living in a guardian home with a close friend, where she’ll be a much-loved family member and competition dog. Mischief has a bright future ahead in sport, and we’re excited to follow her journey as she trains in a variety of disciplines.

She is medium to high drive, with the determination and attitude we love to see in a future dam. Health testing results and updated photos will be added as she matures, and we’re hopeful she’ll contribute to the next generation of versatile, driven working and competition dogs here at Thunder Ridge.
